Guangzhou Mingtongda Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2002. The company invested in a plant area of more than 10,000 square meters as a production base, and introduced world-class production equipment. In July of the same year, the company established its own foreign trade division platform in China and opened up the overseas Indian market.

In August 2006, the company successfully passed the factory inspection of Nokia, the world's largest mobile phone brand at the time, and participated in the negotiation and cooperation of mobile phone chargers and mobile phone batteries.

In August 2007, the company established a cooperative relationship with Shenzhen listed company Meibai Technology, becoming the largest manufacturer of mobile phone batteries in China that integrates production and sales. It mainly focuses on the sales and after-sales service of mobile phone batteries of various brands in the domestic and foreign markets, and took this opportunity to open up the European and American markets.

In August 2013, the company's products were officially launched on the Alibaba International website. After the launch of the products, they have been sought after by users at home and abroad.

In March 2014, the company was officially renamed Guangzhou Chaosheng Technology Co., Ltd., and launched its own brand "WEILA", mainly producing and selling smart products such as batteries, chargers, and mobile power supplies. In July of the same year, the company started the development and sales cooperation of the battery cell division with Shenzhen listed company Fengbiao Industry, thereby increasing the company's promotion of overseas markets and fully developing the Middle East market.

In November 2015, the company's "WEILA" brand underwent an overall image upgrade, and the new brand "ISO" replaced "WEILA". A new brand image was launched and a variety of fashionable mobile power supplies, chargers, etc. were launched.
